What every order includes
HUMAN, ALWAYS
Human translation only
Every word is translated by a person working in that language pair — never machine output sold as human work.
INDEPENDENT REVIEW
A second linguist checks every file
A two-linguist workflow modelled on the ISO 17100 revision standard: one translates, one reviews, before anything is delivered.
CONFIDENTIAL BY DEFAULT
Your documents stay yours
Source files are handled under a standard confidentiality practice on every order. An NDA is available on request, not sold as an upgrade.
THE CLOCK IS STATED
A turnaround you can hold us to
Quote within 2 working hours. Standard delivery 3–5 working days. If we miss a quoted express deadline, the rush fee is refunded.

SWORN VS CERTIFIED
Most administrative procedures ask for a certified translation — our signed statement that the translation faithfully reflects the original. A smaller set of procedures, mostly involving French courts, ask specifically for a sworn translation, produced or countersigned by a translator registered with a French Cour d’appel. Tell us which your receiving authority needs, and we’ll confirm before you order.
