Refund & Cancellation Policy

Interpreting sessions are scheduled appointments. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed session. Cancelling within 24 hours of the session may incur a fee of 50% of the session price.

As a distance-selling purchase, you generally have 14 days from your order date to withdraw without giving a reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Because translation work is, in the normal course, started promptly so we can meet your quoted turnaround, we ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right once the service has been fully performed (Article L221-25). Practically:

• If you cancel before we’ve received your source documents and started work, you’re entitled to a full refund.
• If you cancel after work has started but before it’s complete, you owe an amount proportionate to the work performed; the remainder is refunded.
• If you cancel after delivery (the service has been fully performed), the right of withdrawal no longer applies and no refund is due, in line with the acknowledgement given at checkout.

Email support@quantum-translator.com quoting your order reference, and tell us what you’d like to cancel or change. We’ll confirm the outcome and, where a refund is due, the amount and timeframe.

If you believe a delivered translation doesn’t reflect your source document or brief, contact us with specifics — we’ll review it and correct genuine errors at no additional cost.
